Are your products genuine?
All our products are 100% genuine and we do not sell any fake or copy products. We guarantee the authenticity of all our products which are backed up by genuine Australian Warranties.

When will my order be shipped?
Most orders are dispatched within 1 business day, if an order needs more time we will contact you asap.
Parcels are shipped via Australia Post, therefore we can ship to PO Boxes & Parcel Lockers.

Regular Post:

  • FREE for orders over $199
  • $9.95 for orders under $199
  • 1-6 Business Days (usually arrives within 2 business days)
  • Tracking available

Express Post:

  • $9.95 for all orders
  • 1-4 Business Days (usually arrives within 1 business day)
  • Tracking available

How do I track my item(s) once dispatched?
All items are sent by Australia post and tracking numbers are sent via email once dispatched. Please visit www.auspost.com.au/track/ to track your shipment.

What happens if my item gets lost?
We will contact Australia Post and open an investigation. If your item has been lost we will express post you a replacement. Please know that as all items sent include tracking- it is very rare that items do get lost.

Can I Return or exchange?
Items purchased within 30 days are eligible for a refund as long as they have not been opened from the original packaging or used. Change of Mind returns are accepted, however there is a $10 restocking fee and buyer is responsible for return postage and re-postage . 

We under no circumstances accept returns on a used hair appliance .
