Our Returns Policy
We want you to be happy with your order and offer a 30 day no questions asked return guarantee on all products purchased through Haircare Heaven. If you are not satisfied with your order or have simply changed your mind, please return the unopened product(s) to us within 30 days of receipt and we will refund you at the price you paid for the product(s).
Change of Mind returns are accepted, however there is a $9.95 restocking fee and buyer is responsible for return postage and re-postage
For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot refund or exchange any haircare products that have been removed from the original wrapping or show any signs of having been used unless they are faulty.
For faulty, damaged, unsatisfactory quality or incorrect items received please contact sales@haircareheaven.com.au for a full refund or replacement.
Hair Appliances will only be accepted as a return if the product has not been opened or used. Hair appliances must be in its original packaging.
We will not refund any products that has been sent back to us if the original packaging has been opened. If we receive any products that are no longer re-sellable the buyer is responsible for re-postage cost back.
On the rare occasion that goods are faulty, please contact us and we will give you instructions if the goods need to be sent back to us or the manufacturer directly.
Although the utmost care is taken with how we pack our products, unfortunately as we have to ship products damage can happen in transit. Should you receive an item ever that is damaged, please send photos to sales@haircareheaven.com.au and our staff will come back to you with a resolution. Whether it be a refund or replacement, Our satisfaction guarantee will always ensure our customers are happy with the outcome.
